“This company is just awesome. Ashley in the office is a gem, follows up with ETA’s and has been so on point with navigating my difficult restaurant schedule, thank you so much for that! Josh was my tech, he stayed the course until he was able to fix a very leaky (and very old) mini-split. I will recommend Peffer to everyone, every time. Impressive customer service, product knowledge, and integrity- 10 out of 10”

“Called Peffer after getting a recommendation from our neighbor. They came out the same day and were able to fix our AC right away. Josh was very knowledgeable and shared his expertise with us. He took his time explaining everything. We will be scheduling our much needed duct work and our mini splits maintenance as well. Very impressed! Great service!”

“Recently I encountered an issue with my heater. This was the second time I used Peffer. Peffer’s technicians are professional, knowledgeable, informative and prompt. In particular, Josh, who handled both service calls at my home, was great. He explained the issue, how it was going to be resolved and took the time to do the job right. I highly recommend Peffer. You will get expert service at a fair price.”
